Course Description

This course examines fundamental questions about God, faith, reason, and religious experience through the lens of 16th and 17th-century philosophical thought. Students will explore how major thinkers grappled with questions of divine existence, the relationship between faith and reason, religious authority, and the nature of religious knowledge.
